The room was spacious and we loved having a 55-inch Smart TV and an iPad for entertainment. We explored Times Square and caught a performance at The New York City Ballet, which was unforgettable. The hotel staff were helpful, making our group vacation super enjoyable!
One bummer was the unexpected facility fee charged at checkout.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Had a pleasant four-night stay in a cozy Deluxe Double Room. The staff were friendly and responsive, addressing a bathroom door issue swiftly. While the room was clean and had ample storage, breakfast offerings were disappointing—just snacks instead of a proper meal. Consider dining options nearby.

Staying at Marmara Park Avenue felt like finding the secret stash of chocolates in your pantry—unexpectedly delightful! The room was spacious, with a kitchenette that allowed for midnight snacking, and the marble bathroom was so elegant, it made me feel like royalty. Plus, the staff was friendlier than a golden retriever at a petting zoo.

Impressive location with easy access to the 6 train and several other subway lines just two avenues away. The indoor pool and Turkish Bath offer unique relaxation options, with the latter featuring stunning marble decor, although it closes early.
The room lacked a fridge, which is a downside for storing snacks or drinks, and the balcony design felt a bit odd—connected to another room, it could lead to unwanted guests if you’re not careful. Small bathroom sink doesn't allow much space for toiletries, and the shower experience could be improved with warmer water options, especially after enjoying the steam room.

Spacious room and helpful staff with some issues in service
I recently stayed for 3 nights in a Junior Suite, and I appreciated the spaciousness and the kitchenette, which made our stay more enjoyable. The staff were generally helpful, especially when we had to change rooms due to smoke smell in the initial one. However, customer service during the check-in process could be improved, as the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience but could benefit from better service management.
